Shipping Policy

At iYDR, we are committed to delivering your jewellery quickly and safely. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method:

UK: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Europe: 5–10 business days
International: 7–15 business days

Delays may occur during high-volume seasons or customs inspections.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
All shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

4. Tracking Orders
