  ✅ Yes, we accept cancellations and changes for orders within 4 hours of purchase.
🤔 What’s Your Production Time?
  ✅ Our current turnaround time is about 2-7 business days upon ordering. Orders may have 2-3 days longer processing and manufacturing time frame during Christmas holiday.

🤔 What Material Is The Jewelry Made Of?

  ✅ 925 sterling silver, 316L stainless steel and few in Brass. For products made of gold and rose gold are coated with a 18K gold layer. Every product made in 925 sterling silver will have 925 or S925 stamped.

🤔 How Should I Care For My Pieces?

 

✅ To keep your styles at their best, please give them occasional breaks and store them neatly when not in use.

Avoid contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics when wearing fashion and gold plate jewelry; this includes but are not limited to lotion, sunscreen, and perfume.

Jewelry that is 925 Sterling Silver or gold plated should never be worn in the shower, pool or ocean.

Pack your pieces carefully for travel; we recommend always storing them in your carry-on luggage.
