At iYDR, we take great care in delivering your jewelry safely and efficiently. Please review the details below regarding our shipping process, timelines, and terms.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
- Standard delivery typically takes 5–15 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Delays may occur due to customs processing, courier delays, or high seasonal demand.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions.
- All shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be sent via email.
- You can track your parcel using this link directly on the courier’s website.
5. Address Changes
- If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us before dispatch.
- We cannot modify the shipping address once an order has been shipped.
6. Out-of-Stock Items
- If any item in your order is out of stock, the rest of your order will be shipped as scheduled.
- You will be notified and can choose between a refund for the unavailable item or waiting for restock.
7. P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
- Deliveries to P.O. Box addresses are available via standard postal services only.
- Shipping to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) is supported through applicable postal services.
8. Delayed Deliveries
If your delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@iydr.com so we can investigate the delay with the courier.
9. Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
- International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
- If you refuse to pay import fees, the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
10. Lost or Damaged Parcels
- All parcels are insured for loss and damage during transit.
- If your parcel arrives damaged or fails to arrive, contact us immediately with your order number and supporting details.
