At iYDR, every piece of jewellery is crafted with care to celebrate your most meaningful moments. While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return or cancel your order.

1. Return Policy

 


We offer a 30-day return period from the date your item is delivered.

If you are located within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under consumer protection laws.


To be eligible for a return:

 

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Tags, certificates, or authenticity cards must be included.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • All return requests must be approved before sending the item back.

 


Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Personalized Jewellery

 


Personalized or custom-made jewellery (e.g., engraved or photo pieces) are made uniquely for you.

These items:

 

  • May be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Are subject to a 30% restocking fee to cover production costs.

 


Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for errors provided by the customer.

 


 

 

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@iydr.com with:

  • A clear photo of the issue

 


We will investigate promptly and offer a suitable resolution — such as a replacement, repair, or refund.

 


 

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

 


We do not accept returns on:

 

  • Personalized jewellery (unless faulty or damaged)

  • Sale items marked as “Final Sale”

5. Exchanges

 


We currently do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once your refund is processed.

 


 

 

6. Refunds

 


Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

 

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the funds.

7. Order Cancellations

 


We begin processing and crafting jewellery shortly after you place your order.

Because of this:

 

  • Cancellations are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

  • To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at info@iydr.com.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued within 7 business days.

 

 


 

 

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

 


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item reaches us safely.
